What people say about us

"I want to confirm that the August book of the month for Drakensburg Group No secrets! only surprises was very enlightening to my daughter at an age where the society has turned out to be what it is. Thank you so much for such considerations, encouraging more of such age-appropriate self-awareness titles.

My daughter has been a member of the Book Club for nearly two years now, and it has had a significant impact on her. Her reading and public speaking skills have improved tremendously through the interactions she has with her peers during book reviews. In addition, her performance in school has improved in both English and Swahili.
Mary (Parent of a 10 year old )
My son really enjoys the Book Club sessions and is always looking forward to them. In fact, he keeps asking why we can’t have the sessions every weekend!

I’ve also noticed a positive change in how well he expresses and articulates himself, and I’m hopeful that he will maintain the same enthusiasm and confidence as he grows. We both truly enjoy the sessions. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful experience for the children.

Since joining Africa Kids Book Club, I have seen Baraka grow in confidence, curiosity, and his ability to express himself. He is becoming more confident in public speaking and participates actively during the sessions, even when faced with technical challenges. I’m also impressed by how well he understands the books and is able to share his thoughts and ideas clearly.

The activities have also given him an opportunity to explore his creativity. Seeing him write a poem and develop interests such as photography has been wonderful. I truly appreciate the encouragement and guidance he receives, and the effort the Book Club puts into nurturing his skills, confidence, and love for learning.
